This holiday season will look, feel and be very different for all of us.
Many of our favorite annual traditions won’t be happening: family gatherings, holiday vacations, gift exchanges, concerts and parties, etc. It’s disappointing, for sure.
But what if we turn our thoughts away from what we’re missing and think about all the meaningful things we CAN do this holiday season?
For example, caring isn’t canceled.
There are so many central Ohio nonprofits that are struggling to fill the overwhelming urgent needs brought on by COVID-19. And so many families and children who are in crisis and trying to put food on the table, keep utilities on or pay the rent.
They need you to care now more than ever before. And if you’re fortunate to be someone who has a little more time and money this holiday season, we can connect you to these nonprofits and families in a variety of caring ways – ways that will make this holiday season more meaningful to you and them.
Your one-time or recurring donation will provide desperately needed relief and hope in 2021 for local families and students impacted by the pandemic.
In-Person and Virtual Volunteering
Nonprofits are determined to make the season bright for the people they serve. But they need your help. You can bake cookies, stuff stockings, create wreaths, pack food boxes and much more!
Ten local nonprofits need your help to fulfill the wish lists of families and children. Purchase items from our Amazon Wish List easily and safely, and we’ll deliver them for you.
You receive a complete Giving Tree Kit with templates, instructions and more. Connect with your co-workers, friends or family members to bring joy to a local family.
Numerous volunteers are needed at St. Stephen’s Community House in Linden to pack and distribute holiday food boxes to 3,500 families. Safety guidelines will be strictly followed.
Thank you for caring about central Ohio, and thank you for providing relief and hope for families this holiday season.
