The Center for Healthy Families serves pregnant and parenting teen mothers and fathers’ ages 13-19 years old in Franklin County. Our major program Healthy Family Connections (HFC hereinafter), is a hub-centered, service coordination network for access to critical services for pregnant and parenting teens and their families to ensure a supportive and healthy environment for the infant. HFC represents a service partnership across multiple systems. The Center has a multidisciplinary team for a sustained support system of secondary and post-secondary education, prenatal and pediatric health care, child care, mentoring, housing and employment, social and mental health support, leadership, employment training and empowerment.
