Resident Services Senior Program Manager

CPO Management is a property management company with an innovative, mission-driven approach to supporting residents who live within our diverse portfolio of affordable housing.

CPO Impact is the supportive services department for CPO Management and is comprised of dedicated and driven staff who engage, encourage, and support more than 900 subsidized households in almost 200 properties within six Columbus urban neighborhoods. Our strategies are designed to achieve five key objectives: 1) stable housing; 2) safe neighborhoods; 3) resident growth, including moving beyond poverty where possible; 4) successful children; and 5) community learning.

We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Resident Services Senior Program Manager. This position provides overall leadership in achieving key objectives and goals for Resident Services. A successful candidate will possess professionalism, including the highest levels of customer service, strict confidentiality, follow-through on commitments, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Resident Services Senior Program Manager duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to meet CPO Impact goals
  • Managing day-to-day Resident Services programming and functions
  • Integrating “on the ground” learning with theories, models and practices related to CPO goals that benefit resident outcomes and leveraging CPO as a learning environment for best practices
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the data systems that support efficient reporting and evaluation
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree required
  • 10 years of experience in community-based program planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • 5 years of experience managing and supervising teams that include direct service staff AND
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
