We are seeking a participant focused, compliance minded Client Enrollment and Data Manager to advance the mission of the Guild by managing the client intake and enrollment experience for all programs, managing data collection, integrity, and reporting, and managing program evaluation practices.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide database administration and manage the development, maintenance, and integrity of SureImpact (or any agency database) and all client demographic, enrollment, attendance, case management, and outcome data.
- Manage the collection and maintenance of data and records for program clients.
- Ensure that data collection is in alignment with confidentiality/privacy policies and contract compliance.
- Coordinate data collection, data entry, and reporting for federal funded programs.
- Supervise central enrollment administrative and support staff.
- Facilitate monthly data audits and provide monthly outcome and data reports for program leadership.
- Provide necessary reports and support for program, funder, and agency reporting.
- Manage additional YFE program-related data collection and evaluation platforms in alignment youth outcomes as defined in funding contracts.
- Manage all aspects of client central enrollment.
- Facilitate Results-Based Accountability processes:
- Collect, review, and share program outcome data.
- Facilitate conversations about data challenges, gaps, and processes as they relate to agency and program outcomes.
- Facilitate continuous improvement processes and planning.
- Provide overall guidance for outcome results and data fidelity.
- Participate as an active member of the agency and program Leadership Team.
Experience and Education
a. Bachelor’s Degree in business, education, IT, or an equivalent degree required.
b. Supervisory experience required.
c. The ability to speak Spanish or other languages is preferred.
d. Requires advanced computer, software, data analysis, and database management skills. Enrollment experience is strongly preferred.
e. Expert level written and verbal communication skills required.
f. Requires the ability to pass a criminal and child abuse background check.
Position will be hybrid WFH and in person as needed, with the ability to manage flexible and some nontraditional hours.
