Success by Third Grade Dashboard

Dashboard and Community Network Activities

Our shared purpose

To ensure that all children in Franklin County are on a path to success by the time they leave third grade.

Goal

By 2035 existing disparities limiting success for K-3 children in Franklin County will be identified and reduced.

Success by Third Grade measures progress and monitors community conditions in two ways: Academic Achievement and Quality of Life.

Academic Achievement focuses on early literacy and reading proficiency, measured by the standardized English Language Arts Ohio State Test, conducted in third grade.

Quality of Life considers the social and economic community conditions that impact early literacy.
