Social Worker: Family to Family/Homelessness Prevention Worker
Two similar positions open. One with our Family to Family program, one with our Homelessness Prevention program. BSW or other related degree, LSW preferred. Extensive knowledge of community resources. Current driver’s license, insurance, and the ability to travel as necessary and transport clients. Background check and drug test.
Family-to-Family Caseworker position receives referrals from Franklin County Children Services. Position plans and facilitates a variety of youth and family events and activities. Strong case management skills required.
Homelessness Prevention Caseworker position provides resources, support, and community connections to remove housing barriers for families at risk of homelessness. Experience working with diverse individuals and families. Program funded by The Community Shelter Board. Ability to enter data correctly and on time. The position with part of a team of 8 other caseworkers. Position provides back up for the Diversion Team.
Gladden offers 10 paid holidays, 3 personal days a year, 1 sick day a month, 3 weeks vacation the first two years of employment and 5 weeks there after.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
