Job Description:
Senior Site Manager Job Overview: The Senior Site Manager (SSM) should embody ASAS’s core values: accountable, collaborative, transparent, proactive, and entrepreneurial and will demonstrate the ability to lead, coach, and train program staff to accomplish established objectives. This position requires flexibility to travel locally, excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, superb organizational skills and attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to the mission of ASAS. This position is required to attend after school programs and events, including occasional weekends and evenings. The SSM executes program systems and logistics under the direction of the Program Manager and with the support of the Education Coordinator and Program Leaders. The SSM oversees the daily coordination of the after-school program at their assigned site, including coordinating daily upkeep of the attendance database system, overseeing personnel/program staff, engaging families, and maintaining site-based relationships with administrators and teachers. Program Leaders are the frontline staff that instruct daily programs, oversee classroom management, and implement engaging lesson plans. The Education Coordinators work alongside the SSM to select appropriate curricula, develop new curricula, and improve existing curricula for ASAS Ohio to more strategically meet student needs.

● Work collaboratively with the Program Manager to ensure the logistics of programming at designated site run smoothly
● Develop schedules that incorporate student interests, required curricula, and timeframes, and ensure their accurate implementation.
● Provide day-to-day oversight of programs and after-school staff
● Implement the partner food program and collect and report all necessary forms and data to partner agency
● Ensure all safety and compliance requirements are met at assigned site
● Execute the parent communication plan as designed with the Program Manager
● Implement the of behavior management system and serve as the main point of contact for all behavior issues that arise during programming
● Plan and execute family nights and special events such as holiday celebrations, culminating events, field trips, program culture celebrations
● Prepare and submit requests for site supplies and make purchases upon approval
● Manage data collection and organization for attendance, evaluations, and student voice and choice
