Job Description:
At Freedom a la Cart we are passionate about the human trafficking survivors we serve, our customers, our volunteers, our business partners and our staff. We work hard, have fun and roll up our sleeves to make the dreams of survivors happen.
The overall vision of the position is to help transition survivors from vulnerability and poverty to stability and economic self-sufficiency. We are looking for a proactive, determined, and positive Resource Manager capable of managing the various needs and resources of our growing sisterhood of survivors. This full-time role will require a flexible work schedule and “can do” attitude to encourage the growth and restoration of those served.
DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise and guide participants to continuously work toward financial independence, educational attainment and life skills such as drivers license and housing

Communicate effectively with participants, co-workers and other constituents as appropriate.

Work with Program Director to continue to develop a resource channel of treatment and housing partners, and collaboration with anti-human trafficking organizations to establish smooth referral partnerships to meet clients needs

Work with the Director of Programs to track service deliveries, client data and evaluations to assess program effectiveness and ensure positive outcomes.

Maintain the safety and security of all participants

Work effectively with other team members to fully understand the needs of each program participant by assessing their background history, understanding their current needs, and arranging for their well-being.

Maintain professional confidentiality regarding client information

As a mandated reporter, report all suspected physical or sexual abuse of minor/elderly, homicidal or suicidal intentions.

Oversee and coordinate all Butterfly support groups, outings, and educational workshops

Create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, personal growth, and confidence.

THE QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has passion and an ambitious desire to grow and develop personally and professionally.

Associate’s Degree in Social Work or relevant field preferred, or 2 years relevant experience

Adaptable people person with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well with diverse audiences

Excellent writing skills comparable with the communication and reporting requirements of the position

Knowledge of creating and utilizing Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Gmail and Slides)

Well organized and self-directed
-
Ability to utilize Salesforce and Learning Exchange platform to maintain metrics and proper data mining

A total team player with strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude

Ability to problem-solve, troubleshoot, anticipate needs and apply sound judgment in new or unusual situations
-
Effectively manage time and prioritize requests to meet deadlines
-
Experience in working with vulnerable trauma survivors preferred

Flexible with the ever ebbing and flowing needs of a growing company
