Job Description:

1.    Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to meet CPO Impact goals, as prioritized by the CPO Impact leadership.

a.    Develop sustainable infrastructure to meaningfully engage CPO residents in prioritizing, planning, and evaluating supportive services programs and policies.

b.    Assess CPO residents’ strengths and needs using administrative data from CPO and other organizations and, when necessary, primary data such as resident focus groups or surveys.

c.    Facilitate planning of evidence-based supportive services (e.g., employment, early childhood education, and community safety) based on existing research and data, content expertise (internal and external to CPO), property management needs, and resident information and engagement. 

d.    Stay current with best practices and research about supportive services programs and policies across the country through networking, and attending conferences – including developing local, regional, and national partnerships with others doing similar work as appropriate.

2.    Manage day-to-day Resident Services programming and functions.

a.    Hire and supervise Supportive Services staff as appropriate and provide support for staff to set and reach service delivery and professional development goals.

b.    Grow and develop functional heads to lead within their assigned area of accountability.

c.    Plan and manage budgets, including monthly variance analysis, involving other staff as appropriate to build full ownership of programs going forward.

d.    Build strong internal partnerships with Property Management and Accounting.

e.    Work with Resident Services staff to help them build effective collaborative relationships with other internal partners.

f.     Oversee the development and documentation of processes between departments.

 

3.    Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the data systems that support efficient reporting and evaluation.

a.    Develop and maintain data collection systems, protocols, and metrics for Supportive Services and facilitate use of data for program improvement, including linking to Property Management data when appropriate.

Credentials/Experience/Other Qualifications

·         Master’s degree or LISW preferred

·         10 years of experience in community-based program planning, implementation, and evaluation

·         5 years of experience managing and supervising teams that include direct service staff
