Job Description:

Do you have what it takes to lead a service delivery team to ensure program advancement and establish new program initiatives? Are you interested is overseeing a program leadership team to implement the Communities In Schools (CIS) model of integrated student supports in partner schools as well as support continued expansion of CIS of Ohio by identifying, growing, and managing community partnerships?

Do you have the right stuff?
· Bachelor’s degree in desired fields of study including social work, psychology, education, or related field required with MSW, LISW or LPCC highly preferred.
· Minimum seven (7) years of supervisory and leadership experience.
· Minimum five (5) years of experience working in a social service, nonprofit, educational, or related setting.
· Valid drivers license and auto insurance with ability to travel occasionally within the state of Ohio.
· Willingness to follow the philosophy of CIS and operate as a team player.
