DFYF offers specialized mental health counseling, kindergarten readiness, afterschool and summer programming to meet the diverse needs of our youth and family population. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavioral health and in particular working with youth and families. This role is essential in fostering a supportive and professional environment for staff. The Clinical Program Manager will oversee the administration and operations of assigned programs, ensuring management best practices and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide staff management including hiring, development, training, performance management, communication, and corrective action for staff to promote professional grown and effective program operation.
Provide supportive and regular clinical supervision and on an as need basis
Reviews, signs off and provides feedback on diagnostic assessments and treatment documentation.
Collaborate with management to establish program goals and objectives.
Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments to improve performance
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
Provide leadership and guidance to program staff
Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Facilitate and participate in agency trainings
Requirements
Professional license at the LISW-S or LPCC-S level
Ability and comfort with clinical consultation
Ability to apply a trauma-informed approach
Experience approving treatment plans, diagnosis and session notes
Experience managing staff, providing feedback and aiding in the professional development process
Experience working with youth and families in a behavioral health setting
Minimum 1-year supervisory experience
Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
