To better serve our corporate partners and workplace donors, United Way of Central Ohio has designed a comprehensive Electronic Pledge Service, which offers even more efficiency, convenience and security than ever before.
With the growing interest in online campaign pledging, more companies than ever are taking advantage of United Way's ePledge Service. Online pledging reduces paperwork, helps decrease errors in gift calculations and saves time and money on administrative services. It also offers a rewarding pledge experience for employees.
Online pledging does not diminish the excitement created by high-touch activities like campaign meetings and United Way speakers. Only paper pledge cards and data processing are replaced, saving valuable hours now spent manually keying data from donors’ pledge cards.
Each company that participates can set up its own “Web site” that includes special messages from the CEO or event promotions specific to the company. In addition, organizations have the capacity to obtain online, real-time reporting throughout the workplace campaign.
