Senior Independence began providing care to older adults in central Ohio in 1991. Since that time, we’ve increased the scope of our services offering clients a complete package of health care options – no other senior service provider in the state can make this claim. Senior Independence can offer one or any number of services through a single contact. Last year we served more than 5,000 older adults and their caregivers throughout central Ohio. Services provided by Senior Independence in central Ohio include: skilled and non-skilled home health care, adult day services, transportation, physician services, health and wellness programming and clinics, nurse practitioner services, technology services, information and referral, caregiver support and education, service coordination, and rehabilitative therapies. Through the multitude of services offered, Senior Independence is in a unique position to care for seniors at all levels of independence, no matter what their needs, through a full continuum of care. We have a long history of providing care to a culturally, socially and economically diverse client base, and we strive to provide care that is sensitive to the specific needs of each person served. As one of the largest, oldest and most experienced providers of senior care in the state, we have the capacity, staff and expertise necessary to meet the growing needs of the senior population.
